    Business Zone has been designed to save you time placing broadband orders, modifying assets and cancelling orders. By showing clear overviews of your orders and giving short cuts into the eCo Plus broadband order journeys, you'll make less clicks, speeding up your process.

    Getting Access to Business Zone

    If you have the correct access, when logging in to My BT Wholesale, you'll be taken to the Business Zone overview page.

    Cancelling an order

    If your customer changes their mind about installing broadband, you can cancel the order up to 2pm the day before the customer required date (CRD). We'll show you how to do this, and show you where to find any cancellation charges that might apply.
