You can request access to the online training systems in three ways.
1. Request single user access only
If you're a single user and need access for yourself only, please email your contact details including your name, telephone number and company name to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Set up your own user accounts – administrator access
You can appoint a training administrator in your company to set up and manage user accounts for your organisation. Administrators can also track the progress of all their users.
If you'd like to set up an account for a training administrator, please email us at email@example.com and provide your contact details and company name.
3. Ask BT Wholesale to create all your user accounts
If you have 10 or more users to set up, you can arrange for us to create them for you. Please download and complete this template and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our training team will then create the training user accounts and let each user know via email of their username and password. If you have a large number of users, we recommend that you appoint a company training administrator, as above.
