Get Teams talking with WHC Teams Direct Connect

The fast and easy way to add external calling to Microsoft Teams.

WHC Teams Direct Connect brings external phone calls to Microsoft Teams, using our cloud-based phone solution Wholesale Hosted Communications (WHC). So your customers can make and take calls from anywhere, all on the network the UK relies on.

To get started with WHC Teams Direct Connect,  your customers will need a Microsoft 365 subscription including Microsoft Teams

Key benefits

Built especially for the channel market, WHC Teams Direct Connect offers several advantages for your business.

Icon - Simple

It’s quick and easy to order and deploy. You don’t need any special IT skills to enable it, and you can add new users in real time.

Icon - Money

Thanks to competitive monthly pricing, you can make big savings. And there’s no need for expensive IT development or training.

Icon - Architecture

You can mix and match Hosted PBX, Hosted SIP Trunking and Microsoft Teams to create solutions that fit your customers’ unique needs.

How it works

A first for the UK, WHC Teams Direct Connect uses the Microsoft Teams Operator Connect feature to integrate WHC. You can even mix and match Hosted PBX, Hosted SIP Trunking and Teams on one site.

It’s important to remember, though, that we don’t provide Microsoft licences, and your customer will need Office 365 and Teams licences before they can have WHC Teams Direct Connect.

Just add Webex

Every WHC licence comes with the Webex Softphone feature for free. Plus your customers can add video calling, instant messaging and file sharing too – all in one easy-to-use package.
