Maximise your sales with call analytics

BT Wholesale have developed a new webinar series with Tollring to help our teams and channel partners maximise sales opportunities by using call analytics.

 

Our previous webinars were a great success. Thank you to everyone who attended and based on your feedback, it looks like we have an even better programme in store for you.

 

The next session will provide an in-depth look at call analytics with detailed guidance on how the insights can be used to enhance your sales opportunities.

Whether you are new to call analytics or you have attended some of our sessions before, this training series has a lot to offer.  It will be of particular benefit to anyone in sales, product, and support teams who are keen to learn how analytics can assist their proposition.

Tollring has worked closely with our team to create this vibrant new webinar series. Call analytics is a critical addition to our portfolio and can deliver exceptional value to our customers. This year’s programme focuses on why call analytics is so important. We cover the benefits of call analytics as well as useful tips on achieving ‘quick wins’ to improve customer experience.

 

Each session is about 30 minutes long, and they are scheduled to run for the rest of the year. They include a quick look at the key elements within iCall Suite such as the dashboards, wallboards and reports.  They also cover practical tips on how to use these features to deliver value across your organisation.

 

We can help frontline salespeople structure and deliver winning demos. This is done by providing a framework for understanding customer requirements and then tailoring demos to focus on specific business challenges.

The next session is on Friday 27th May, and covers Analytics to Improve Performance.

 

Running business communications without analytics is like driving a car without a dashboard. Analytics can provide business leaders with intelligence to analyse interaction, build a better understanding of customers, and identify problems before they affect business performance. We will provide tips on how to create Business Performance Dashboards and discuss how they can benefit a leadership team.
