These sessions will be for training on our iCall Suite call analytics, a product which sits within our Wholesale Hosted Communications (WHC) portfolio.
iCall Suite is a call management software that provides insight, dashboards, reporting and analytics into the calls that customers are making. By hosting these free training sessions, the purpose is to aid you – whether you are experienced or new to the portfolio – to fully understand the key functionalities of the platform and answer any questions you may have regarding the tool.
