Important Notice - Closure of existing 20C Fault Diagnostics tool for Broadband services on 10 November 2019

Our 90 day notice briefingĀ  informs Communication Providers (CPs) that we intend to close the existing 20C Fault Diagnostic platform for Broadband on Sunday, 10 November 2019. CPs will need to switch to the 20C/21C Fault Diagnostic Tool by this date. Find out more.
