At BT Wholesale, we’re committed to listening to your feedback and making changes so that you receive the best possible customer experience. Here are three recent examples of changes to our Wholesale SIP Trunking service.
Number Porting. You said you weren’t happy about how we deal with porting issues for our hosted products and how long it took. So we’ve integrated the porting team into our Hosted Service desk to give you a faster and better service. You can call our new Number Porting Helpdesk on 0800 032 0131, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Choose Option 2 for Wholesale SIP Trunking, or 3 for IP Voice Services. Then it’s 1 for Provision; 2 for Repair; or 3 for Number Porting.
Repairs. You said you wanted to speak to someone with the right expertise. So we’ve been investing heavily in people and systems to improve our service levels. Our Manchester team now offers support for early life provisioning issues and acts as a multi-skilled helpdesk.
Orders. You said you sometimes need help placing an order or with ordering problems. So we now provide more support if you’re placing an initial order on the portal and our Provisioning team have been fully trained to provide you with the expert help you need.
