As part of an industry-wide panel; with representatives from Sky Business Comms, TalkTalk Business, Vaioni and Virgin Media, Paul Beecham, our Senior Director of Data Networking Portfolios discussed how businesses have rushed to provide connectivity at the lowest price possible. The panel also debated around how this has created new challenges, as businesses try to find success in what has become a highly competitive marketplace.

Gavin Jones provided the most popular presentation of the event, discussing where our network investment has been focused to support and underpin connectivity for the future of Digital Britain. Touching on 5G and the transition from analogue to digital exchanges, the talk was full of interesting facts and figures that educated the audience and gave context to our future vision of connectivity in the UK.
Battle of the Broadsofts
Dom Martini, our Senior Manager of Hosted Voice & Unified Comms joined fellow leaders from Vanilla IP and Gamma, to debate how resellers can differentiate themselves in a crowded market. The discussion revolved around key areas where both providers and resellers can create a ‘service wrap’ around their core services, in order to deter clients from finding an alternative provider.
