    CCDB (Customer Contact Database)

    Customer Contact Database (CCDB) is designed for all Broadband Communication Providers.

    It lets you record your teams email addresses and contact details so our BT Wholesale Broadband teams can communicate directly as required.

    You can register for and open the app from My apps in My BT Wholesale.

    MyAdmin

    My Admin gives you improved control over your employee's access to key BT Wholesale Systems, saving time and enhancing security. Password resets and application requests can be done by nominated administrator users within your company.

    To apply for access, please download and complete the MyAdmin application form.

    If you already have access, you can open MyAdmin from the My Apps page.

  • Our online billing services make billing and invoicing quicker and easier. Find out more here.

    eBilling

    eBilling lets you view your bills online and to download back-up information for reconciliation purposes.

    You can also raise, view and update billing enquiries online.

    Broadband Content

    Broadband Content provides access to broadband system, network roll-out and interface documentation.

    You can request access from My apps in My BT Wholesale.

    Once access has been approved, you'll find broadband secure content on the Network page in Help & Support.

    Please note: access is available to our Wholesale Broadband Connect and Wholesale Broadband Managed Connect customers only.

    Avaya Cloud Solutions Document Centre

    Find training guides, product documentation, billing information and more in the Avaya Cloud Solution Document Centre.

    You can request access from My apps in My BT Wholesale.

    Once access has been approved, you can go to the Avaya Cloud Solutions Document Centre.

    Wholesale Hosted Centrex Document Centre

    20C/21C Fault Diagnostics

    20C/21C Fault Diagnostics is a set of standalone tools designed to help diagnosis of broadband DSL circuits.

    The app contains individual tests such as the XDSL IP Test, XDSL Status Check and Copper Line Test, which can confirm the status of DSL and IP layers and if a copper line is working to the required standard. 20C/21C Fault Diagnostics can also be accessed by a Business-to-Business (B2B) XML interface directly into our systems.

    You can register for the app on the Faults & Diagnostics tab in My BT Wholesale.

    Once access is approved, you can open 20C/21C Fault Diagnostics from My apps.

    eCo Repair

    eCo Repair allows you to raise faults for Partial Private Circuits, PSTN and ISDN products as well as track faults. It also offers diagnostic capabilities for supported products and lets you exchange information with BT and view updates on fault reports to help you manage faults and repairs.

    To register for this app, please download the registration form and ask your nominated lead user to email the completed form to fast.eco.repair@bt.com or your Account Manager.

    Once access is approved, you can open eCo Repair here.

    Knowledge Based Diagnostics (KBD)

    Knowledge Based Diagnostics (KBD) uses a combination of BT Wholesale network tests, Openreach Copper Line test and Service Layer data and brings it all together in one place. It can identify and locate faults, or clear the End Customer's service if no adverse results are found. The results screen gives additional measures and data to help support the decision-making process for local access and User/Home Domain engineering visits.

    KBD can also be accessed by a Business-to-Business (B2B) XML interface directly into our systems.

    Once access is approved, you can open Knowledge Based Diagnostics from My apps.

    New Knowledge Based Diagnostics (KBD)

    New Knowledge Based Diagnostics is a diagnostic tool for 21C Wholesale Broadband Connect (WBC) products including Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) and Fibre to the Premises (FTTP). 

    It uses a combination of BT Wholesale network tests, Openreach Copper Line test or GEA Service Test (NGA) and Service Layer data and brings it all together in one place. It can identify and locate faults, or clear the End Customer's service if no adverse results are found. The results screen gives additional measures and data to help support the decision-making process for local access and User/Home Domain engineering visits.

    New KBD can also be accessed by a Business-to-Business (B2B) XML interface directly into our systems.

    Once access is approved, you can open New Knowledge Based Diagnostics from My apps.

    Reactive Repair Tool

    Reactive Repair Tool allows you to view the WBC DLM performance graphics at the end of the Knowledge Based Diagnostics (KBD) Test.

    You can register for the app on the Faults & Diagnostics tab in My BT Wholesale. Please only apply for this application if you already have access to KBD.

    Once access is approved, you can open the Reactive Repair Tool from My apps.

    Self Service Repair

    This tool consists of four tests: Port Flex, Port Reset, Kill Session and RRT Historic Data. These are designed, in conjunction with specific KBD test outcomes, to enhance the diagnostic journey.

    Once access is approved, you can open Self Service Repair from My apps.

  • Learn about the wide range of online services available on btwholesale.com to help customers with planning and reporting.

    This tool allows you to search by address or part of an address to obtain a list of matched addresses held within the Openreach address database. This will help with placing Broadband orders, identifying Gold Address Keys and obtaining other address attributes such as Site Classification details and Technology Markers (e.g. FTTP Brownfield/Greenfield).

    You can access the Address Search app under My Apps/under A on the App A-Z pages.

    Broadband Availability Checker

    Our Broadband Availability Checker gives an indication of where our broadband services are available for a given phone number, postal address, Network Address key (NAD key) or Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN).

    Broadband Customer Reporting (BBCR)

    Broadband Customer Reporting (BBCR) has now closed.

    Online Broadband Customer Reporting (BBCR) has now closed and been replaced by Broadband Progress Reporting.

    You can register for access to Wholesale Customer Reporting (WCR) on the Planning & Reporting tab in My BT Wholesale.

    BT Wholesale Management Tool

    Use this tool to submit new BT Wholesale product requirements and improvements (also known as SORs – Statement of Requirements).

    To access this tool, go to the BT Wholesale Management Tool homepage.

    MEAS IPVPN Performance Reports

    This app provides access to a range of MEAS Performance reports.

    You can register for the app on the Planning & Reporting tab in My BT Wholesale.

    Migration Forecast and Allocation

    This app allows you to upload Wholesale Broadband Connect (WBC) migration forecasts.

    You can register for the app on the Planning & Reporting tab in My BT Wholesale. Please only apply for access if you already have access to eCo Plus and have an account associated to your login.

    NIPP

    NIPP Data Files contain detailed information about BT's Network that is provided in accordance with Ofcom's Network Information Publication Principles. The information is only available to Operators who have an Interconnection agreement with BT.

    You can register for access to NIPP Data Files on the Planning & Reporting tab in My BT Wholesale.

    Once your access is approved, you'll find the NIPP Data Files on the Network Information page in Help & Support.

    Our Networks

    Our Networks is a secure area where Partial Private Circuit (PPC) nodal data is stored. You can use this information to build your own distance and price validation tool. The information is only available to Operators who have an PPC agreement with BT.

    You can register for access to Our Networks on the Planning & Reporting tab in My BT Wholesale.

    Service Provider High Usage Reports (SPHUR)

    This app allows Wholesale Calls service providers to proactively monitor risk of high spend by their end customers, so they can take action to prevent potential revenue loss.

    Features include near real-time high spend monitoring, cumulative spend reports and call analysis for each end user customer. The optional SPHUR Lite service delivers email alerts for in-day high spend.

    You can register for access to Service Provider High Usage Reports (SPHUR) on the Planning & Reporting tab in My BT Wholesale. Please note that this app is available to Wholesale Calls service providers only.

    Voice Service Assurance Portal

    Allows you to search for your company's completed calls (both successful and unsuccessful) and inspect the details of each call's underlying signalling.

    Wholesale Customer Reporting (WCR)

    This app allows you to view and monitor BT's performance in delivering your orders and restoring your faults across our Broadband, Data and Voice Products.

    You can register for access to Wholesale Customer Reporting (WCR) on the Planning & Reporting tab in My BT Wholesale.

    Wholesale Customer Reporting (XML Dataservices)

    Wholesale Customer Reporting (XML Dataservices) is an application which allow consumption of the XML dataservices for Broadband Progress Reporting (formerly known as Broadband Customer Reporting (BBCR).

    You can register for access to Wholesale Customer Reporting (XML Dataservices) on the Planning & Reporting tab in My BT Wholesale.

    Broadband Fast Track Requests – ADSL and FTTC PCP Only (Self-Install)

    Submit an online request for an earlier delivery date for a broadband order. You can also submit a request for a Free of Charge expedite if your order has been delayed by BT.

    Please note: only ADSL and Fibre to the Cabinet Primary Connection Point (FTTC PCP) Fast Track requests are accepted. All Fast Track requests for FTTC Managed Install should be placed as an Amend Order on eCo Plus or via your own ordering system.

    BT Wholesale Pricing Tool

    Our Pricing Tool allows you to obtain an indicative pricing quote for Partial Private Circuit (PPC), Radio Base Station (RBS) Backhaul, E-Line Ethernet and Wholesale Ethernet products.

    The Pricing Tool also gives you the option to save your quote to eCo Plus, saving you time and effort.

    Once access is approved, you can open the BT Wholesale Pricing Tool from My apps.

    BT Wholesale Voice Products Ordering & Support System

    This allows you to place orders for products such as IPVS Number Management, Hosted Contact Centres and BT Wholesale PSTN Lines, and raise support tickets for certain products.

    You'll find the Voice Products Ordering and Support System on the Quotes & Orders tab in My BT Wholesale.

    eCo Plus

    eCo Plus enables you to enquire, get a pricing quote, place orders and track and manage faults for BT Wholesale Broadband (21C Wholesale Broadband Connect including fibre), Ethernet and Ethernet MSIL products within a secure environment.

    You can register for the app on the Quotes & Orders tab in My BT Wholesale.

    Once access is approved, you can open eCo Plus from My apps.

    Escalations (for Broadband)

    Raise escalations related to broadband orders and faults. You can also track your escalation and view updates.

    GS/WCR Customer Reporting

    This Global Services Customer Reporting app enables you to monitor your BT Global Services faults, orders and inventory.

    IP Exchange Prepay

    With the pre-pay service IP Exchange customers can choose to create a pre-pay account and top it up with funds as and when they need to, to match their usage and traffic profile.

    OSIS Directory Management System (DMS)

    DMS allows Communication Providers to manage their customer's directory entry requirements, for the online management of data queries and licensees to report usage. A training system is also available.

    Quick Quote

    Quick Quote provides fast, accurate quotes for private circuits. It covers Dealerstream, Kilostream, Kilostream N, Megastream and Prime products.

    Tags on the Line

    Perform a Tags on the Line check and get a clear indication of the next steps you should take with your order.

    The Tags on the Line app also lets you track the progress of your Tags query, check for updates and get a clear indication of the next course of action.

    WBC Migration Controller

    Wholesale Broadband Connect (WBC) Migration Controller lets you place multiple single line migration orders and monitor order progress.

    Wholesale Calls Notifications & Bulk Upload Facility

    This app enables you to upload a batch of orders in a single transaction.
