BT Wholesale quality assure eChat

Welcome to the BT Wholesale quality assure eChat

When can the quality assure team help?

The quality assure team can help when our systems identify one of your cases as a looping fault. This means there has been multiple engineer visits booked or the case keeps getting passed between BT Wholesale and yourselves.

We're now proactively trying to break this cycle and invite you to discuss this case with a member of our quality assure team.

How to use eChat

Starting an eChat

You can start an eChat with our agents by selecting the Quality Assure Team eChat button at the bottom of this page - you'll find it under Get in touch. You don't need to log in to use eChat.

eChat Questionnaire

Our customer exit survey now has an additional question relating to how easy we are to do business with. This measure is in test at the moment, however we would really appreciate if you could complete all questions including the new one to enable the test to continue.

We hope you enjoy using eChat and look forward to your feedback.

eChat technical support

If you require technical support or experience an issue with the eChat system please contact the BT Wholesale Systems Support helpdesk on 0800 7835639 and select option 1. Please note that this number is for eChat system related enquiries only.
