Free webinar training on iCall Suite Call analytics for our CPs

Happy New Year. We have partnered with Tollring, a trusted leading software specialist, to provide you, our channel partners (CPs) with free monthly webinar sessions. These sessions will be for training on our iCall Suite call analytics, a product which sits within our Wholesale Hosted Communications (WHC) portfolio.

 

iCall Suite is a call management software that provides insight, dashboards, reporting and analytics into the calls that customers are making. By hosting these free training sessions, the purpose is to aid you – whether you are experienced or new to the portfolio – to fully understand the key functionalities of the platform and answer any questions you may have regarding the tool.

    • This will boost overall product knowledge, as we'll be taking an in-depth look at the different application features
    • The next session will be held on Friday 5th February at 10:00am GMT
  • Session 2: Sales training
    • This will cover the value proposition, product positioning, industry analysis and customer success stories
    • The next session will be held on Friday 12th February at 10:00am GMT 

 

These sessions will run monthly, so if you miss the next ones on 5th February or 12th February, there will be plenty more you can jump in on.
