Supporting the channel

As the coronavirus outbreak continues, it’s having a huge impact on businesses. We want to support you and your customers, especially those with Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and essential services to deliver.

That’s why we’re supporting you by reducing the Etherflow modify charge to zero for three months*.

Challenges our customers are coming to us with

Removing the Etherflow modify charge

From 30 March 2020 to 30 June 2020, we’re reducing the £250 Etherflow modify charge to zero. Why? Because right now, your customers are relying heavily on bandwidth and you need the ability to flex it during the crisis.

If you have CNI customers and those delivering essential services, the last thing you want is to have to worry about additional charges, so we’re taking them away from you for three months, providing the modify is within your existing Etherway bandwidth.

As part of a goodwill gesture to support the country, you can pass these savings on to your customers when they need to maximise every penny.

Flexible bandwidth without the incurred costs

As well as being able to save money by not paying the associated charges, by waiving them, we’ll also be able to help you:

  • modify without charge within your existing Etherway
  • move Etherflows between hubs to help manage network capacity
  • deliver without an engineer visit, during the current Openreach MBORC
  • pass on the savings to your customers that need to maximise every penny.

How else are we helping?

All our staff are on standby to assist you with anything you need. Whether that’s our waiver on the Etherflow modify charge or helping with anything else, just let us know.

We are also offering six months free on our Wholesale Hosted Communications (WHC) Foundation Licence to help support remote working for your customers.
