Schedule 11
Communication Providers send their data to the OSIS data base under the terms and conditions of the Standard Directory Information Supply Agreement (Schedule 11) which forms part of the Standard Interconnect Agreement. Completion and signature of Schedule 11 is a pre-requisite to sending directory information data and is legally binding. Details of those already signed up to this agreement can be found in Section 1 of the Price List, located by choosing the 'Directory Solutions Price List' link to your right.
Documentation
The documents listed to the right are for use by our upstream suppliers and downstream licenced customers and are presented in alphabetical order. For guidance only, an indicator has been added after each document title to show which documents are relevant to which parties. (US - for Communication Providers& DLC for Downstream licensed customers).
Representatives from the Telecommunications Industry have been consulted regarding the file formats contained in the Standard File Format document. For the avoidance of doubt, BT confirms that this document sets out formats and standards for data that Operators can choose to use in relation to their provision of Operator Customer Information to any third parties.
