BT Wholesale has decided to develop and launch IPstream Connect to offer our CP customers the opportunity to buy a product which provides the option to pick up broadband traffic at the IPstream Broadband Remote Access Server (BRAS) node. IPstream Connect will be supplied on an Equivalence of Input (EOI) basis and BT Wholesale intends to launch this new product by end July 2008.
Between the end of July 2008 and the end of December 2008 BT Wholesale intends to seamlessly migrate the existing IPstream customer base into this new offering. The new end user access and BRAS interconnect products will be known as 'IPstream Connect End User Access' and 'IPstream Connect Handover'.
