Indirect Access provides you with the opportunity to offer a telephony call service to your customers without the need to extend your own network to your customers' premises. Your customers will need to have a BT telephone line.
Indirect Access options:
Indirect Access Fixed (1xxx) - Your customers dial a short access code followed by the destination phone number required. This call will be from the line registered with you.
Indirect Access Freephone (080x) - Your customers dial your access code prior to the destination phone number. You determine the exact sequence of the call authorisation process. Generally the customer will hear a tone or announcement following the receipt of the prefix digits, requesting thme to enter a PIN and the destination phone number they require.
