Direct Access enables you to transfer a range of Freephone, low-cost or premium rate calls to the BT network. These calls can then be routed to BT customers or to other BT services

To meet your business needs and budgets, there's a choice of five options:
  • Direct to Fixed - allows calls from your network to terminate on BT's network. This service is suitable for both fixed and mobile call origination.
  • Direct Freephone - allows you to offer free calls to your customers using numbers in the 0800 and 0808 ranges.
  • Direct Premium Rate Services - allows you to offer and charge for information or entertainment services using numbers in the 09xx range.
  • Direct National - allows you to offer calls to anywhere in the UK at the cost of a national call using a number in the 0870 range.
  • Direct Local Call - allows you to offer calls to anywhere in the UK for the cost of a local call using a number in the 0845 range.
