This calls-only service provides you with the ability to offer your own branded telephone service over a PSTN or ISDN line that is provided, managed and maintained for you by BT.
Sitting alongside the Wholesale Line Rental portfolio (which is now managed by Openreach), it equips you to meet all your customers' telephony needs using only one supplier, while still being able to attract new customers by offering lower call charges and owning the relationship with them. There are two Wholesale Calls options:
• Wholesale Calls Line Associated - if you want to provide telephony services but don’t want to operate your own network. Calls and lines are combined.
• Wholesale Calls Line Independent - a calls-only service with no lines to maintain. It is available on any BT maintained line.
A discount scheme – the Wholesale Calls Volume Discount Scheme (WC-VDS) - is available on both options. This offers simple, competitive rates in return for committing to an agreed call spend per month.
Wholesale Calls forms are now available to download. WCLI and WCLA customers should complete and send back to BT.
