- CircuitSure - ensures some or all of your private circuits are switched to an alternative site should an incident occur which prevents normal business operation.
- CitySure - similarly ensures some or all of your private circuits in the London area are switched to an alternative site if necessary.
- Kilostream Assured Restore - a fast back-up service for Kilostream 64K and 128K circuits. Traffic is automatically re-routed over the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) platform, when a circuit failure is detected.
- Circuit Diversity - a monitoring service enabling pairs or groups of circuits to be routed along different paths through the BT network, ensuring that no single event could cause failure.
- Automatic Data Back-up - ensures all data is kept safe and easily accessible.
