Optical Broadband International Facilities Agreement (IFA)
If you have capacity on UK terminating sub-sea cable or satellite systems, IFA allows you to link to your UK network point of presence (POP). To do this you must have an international facilities licence in the UK that you use to provide services to your own customers.
