In response to customer feedback, the BT Wholesale System Support Desks are pleased to announce that from today you can view all planned system outages via www.btwholesale.com/plannedoutages.
The downloadable spreadsheet provides a simple overview, including dates and times, of all known planned and emergency outages for the following systems:
eCo Order
eCo Repair
eCo Broadband Provision
eCo Broadband Repair
BBCR Order
BBCR Faults
B2B XML Repair
Broadband Availability Checkers
Fault Diagnostics
BTWholesale.com
The spreadsheet acts as a single point of reference for all planned outages which will have already been communicated to registered users and stakeholders of the systems via the standard System Support Desk email procedures.
Updates will be made to the spreadsheet after every new system outage communication has been distributed.

BTWholesale.com carry out regular maintenance work on Sunday mornings between 00:00 and 04:00 hours.
