VoIP "dramatically reduce" the cost of calling long distance

Now more than ever before, voice over-internet protocol (VoIP) solutions could prove to be a money-saving investment for enterprises.

This is the opinion of Julie Trade Levitch, a freelance writer discussing the issue on Alpha Consumer, provided by usnews.com.

She states that because both consumers and businesses are increasingly making long distance phone calls, they need a reliable yet well-prices telephone service.

VoIP has "dramatically reduced the price for dialling long distance" and may therefore be the perfect solution for businesses looking to save themselves some money.

However, Ms Levitch did have a word of warning, advising people that "with a growing number of VoIP service providers offering a variety of services, it can require a certain amount of research to determine which option is the right fit for your specific needs".

In other VoIP news, research by Booz and Company recently showed that Brits are increasingly looking to bundle telecoms and media packages to save money.<br/>
