As a result of customer feedback, Wholesale Calls are making a change to the WCLI incompatible products list. This change will take affect from 01/09/08.
BT Wholesale Calls will be introducing a new fixed to mobile charge band FM12 effective from 5th September 2008.
Broadband Talk products are incompatible with Wholesale Calls and will be added into the incompatible list with effect from 1st November.
Due to a technical issue, you may have received incorrect Daily Call Records for the period 11th to 19th August 2008 in your Wholesale Calls CDR feed (WLR customers only).
Due to recent end user customer experience issues, mainly with call barring functionality and compatibility, it has been identified that Featurelines are not compatible with Wholesale Calls.

BT is making a variation to the refund policy for WCCP migration and set up charges previously changed with effect on 11th September 2006.

BT Wholesale has developed further enhancements to the Wholesale Calls Line Independent (WCLI) service.
The BT Wholesale.com portal is currently experiencing technical difficulties. As a result we need to limit the number of CLIs contained in files for use by the Bulk Upload Tool to 250 per file.
From 1 September 2007 all calls to PNs that originate on the BT network, for which BT Retail charges more than 20 ppm or 20 ppc (inclusive of VAT), will receive a free to caller announcement.
