Restricted use of Bulk Upload Tool on BT Wholesale.com REF: 040/07
The BT Wholesale.com portal is currently experiencing technical difficulties. As a result we need to limit the number of CLIs contained in files for use by the Bulk Upload Tool to 250 per file.
