New Wholesale Calls Sign-Up On The Web - WC027/06
BT Wholesale has now launched a new easy to use animated sign-up procedure on our Wholesale Calls homepage at www.btwholesale.com/wholesalecalls.
The current customer establishment process itself is unchanged. We have simplified the way the process is presented to you to make it absolutely clear how you can become a BT Wholesale Calls customer, including:
• Timescales for each stage of the process
• BTW’s responsibilities and your responsibilities
• Easy to find forms for Wholesale Calls Line Independent (WCLI) or Wholesale Calls Line Associated (WCLA) customers.
If you do not wish to view the Sign-up in flash, then you can download the two Sign-up processes as a still in PowerPoint at the same URL.
Please note that these new files replace the Word document previously titled ‘Customer Establishment’.
