BT Wholesale is planning to carry out a software change to the CPS Gateway to enable BT Wholesale to provide CPS on Featureline installations built on WLR3 access lines. The work is planned for Sunday 30th March 2008.

BT Wholesale planned to carry out a software change to the CPS Gateway to enable BT Wholesale to provide CPS on Featureline installations built on WLR3 access lines on the 6th April 2008. This work is now planned to take place on Sunday 13th April 2008.

Due to technical issues the re-platforming of the CPS Gateway was not completed over the Easter weekend. These issues have now been resolved and the planned migration of the CPS Gateway to a new platform utilising updated hardware and software has now been re-scheduled for the weekend of the 29th and 30th March 2008.

An error has been identified within the systems estate that has resulted in a number of invalid rejections of CPSO requests in relation to WLR 3 lines.

This briefing is a reminder to all CPSOs that BT Wholesale will be introducing a new functionality to the CPS Order Gateway on 8th October 2007.
