After informal approaches from a number of CPs, it has been agreed that there will be a General Contract Review of the Standard Interconnect Agreement this year.p>

BT is opening up access to 0844 and 0871 numbers from its International switches to calls received from international operators from.p>

BT is planning to launch a 10G Ethernet Multi-Service Interconnect Link (MSIL) variant with a current target date of 4th August 08 and notification date of 4th July 08.p>

The Ethernet Multi-Service Interconnect Link (Ethernet MSIL) 1G Product Handbook is being updated to provide additional clarity on the role of the MSIL and the relationship with products which use MSIL to provide interconnection to CPs.

In the course of routine testing of the Element based Charging (EBC) Matrix due to come into effect on the 1st March 2008, BT has discovered some minor errors for certain transit calls.

With effect from 27th May 2008 the pence per minute, ppm, levy will increase from 10ppm to 12ppm.

This briefing is to advise that there will be a short delay in the expected launch of MSIL which will now not take place on 28th January 2008 as Notified to Ofcom in December 2007.

This briefing constitutes written notice in accordance with clause 19 of the Conditions for Wholesale Webb Call Connect of BT’s intention to terminate this contract with effect 12th December 2008.
