Introduction Of Web Based Statement Of Requirements (SOR) Process - WC019/06

As part of BT’s commitment to improving our time to market for Wholesale Product developments we are launching a new, more efficient, Statement of Requirements (SoR) process.
This briefing explains the new process and how to use it.
Why are we introducing these changes?
Consultation with you has highlighted the following concerns with the current process:
• Lack of feedback leading to customer dissatisfaction.
• Reduced speed to market
• Little transparency
• No performance reporting
To address these issues we have created a new web based method of submitting requests.
