BT Wholesale is pleased to announce the launch of a new computer based training course on Wholesale Calls. After completing the course people will understand what the product is, how it works, what the benefits are and the operational aspects of the product. The course is delivered via the BT Wholesale Customer Training System.
Completing the course will take approximately 35 minutes. After completion of the course customers can test their understanding by taking a quiz for which there is a pass or fail result.
The course does not have to be completed in one sitting as it will automatically return to where it had been left. Additionally, it does not have to be completed in a sequential order as the menu function can be used to pick and choose the particular units that are of interest - useful if only a refresher is required or someone has a limited amount of time.
