Working with us:
We aim to keep our working processes streamlined and focused.
You’ll have a single point of contact throughout the project agreement phase, backed by our technical consultants. Once the project is running a dedicated contract manager will handle any commercial issues as well as supervising quality and our performance. We will also assign a product manager, who will focus on areas like technical consultancy and portfolio changes.
We can provide second line technical support for maintenance at a negotiated rate. Our customer help desk is available 24/7 as a first point of contact for any questions relating to our service portfolio or an active project.
BT Network Build has ISO 9001 (quality assurance) and Investors in People (IiP) accreditation. Our workforce is trained to meet current CDM (construction, design and maintenance) standards, and our parent BT Group has full ISO14001 environmental accreditation.
