This briefing is to advise that there will be a short delay in the expected launch of MSIL which will now not take place on 28th January 2008 as Notified to Ofcom in December 2007.
This briefing constitutes written notice in accordance with clause 19 of the Conditions for Wholesale Webb Call Connect of BT’s intention to terminate this contract with effect 12th December 2008.

BT is pleased to announce that with effect from 1st January 2008 monthly billing will be available on Interconnect Circuits for those Communication Providers (CPs) who opt for this frequency of invoicing.

The lowering of termination rates will result in credit notes being issued by BT to CPs already invoiced. Customers who have paid the relevant invoice may use the credit note against their BT conveyance invoice.
From 1 September 2007 all calls to PNs that originate on the BT network, for which BT Retail charges more than 20 ppm or 20 ppc (inclusive of VAT), will receive a free to caller announcement.
