You have accessed the BT Network Interconnection Provisioning Manual. This directly supports the Network Charge Control Standard Interconnect Agreement and describes the activities jointly undertaken by BT and the Operator to:
- plan and agree interconnect arrangements between their systems, to
- forecast and agree traffic loadings, and
- for one party to order capacity from the other, and
- for the provision and joint testing of such capacity before it is brought into service.
The following table of contents details the various Sections and Appendices that collectively comprise the BT Network Interconnection Provisioning Manual and shows the web issue date of each. It should be noted that whereas the Sections have been renumbered the Appendices haven’t, this leads to gaps in the Appendix numbering sequence.
To facilitate Issue control the Issue Date of reissued Sections and/or Appendices will be shown in RED in the table below. Details of changes to individual Sections and Appendices can be found in the History section of the relevant Section or Appendix.
