You have accessed the BT DSL In-Span Handover and Partial Private Circuit Provisioning Manual which directly supports the BT Standard DSL Handover Agreement and the BT Standard Partial Private Circuit Agreement. It describes the activities jointly undertaken by BT and the Operator to plan and agree DSL In-Span Handover, or PPC arrangements between their systems to:
- forecast and agree capacity profiles, and
- for one party to order capacity from the other, and
- for the provision and joint testing of such capacity before it is brought into service.
