Interconnect Consultancy

For customers who do not wish to take on the additional work involved in establishing and running an interconnect network, BT Wholesale offers a full range of interconnect consultancy services at very competitive rates.

Our service ranges from basic training - for example where customers do not have the required skills or knowledge to complete the necessary documentation or have no previous background of interconnect - to expert consultancy as required.

Packages already available:

• Interconnect testing - interconnect circuit commissioning carried out on behalf of the customer.
• Advance Capacity Ordering (ACO) - BT orders interconnect links for the customer.
• ACO completion - BT completes the ACO for the customer.
• DMA ordering - BT assesses the need and orders the DMAs.
• Data Cleansing/Management - cleansing of switch errors etc
• Data Structure - analysis and recommendation of switch structure.
• Jumpering - carrying out frame jumpering for the customer.
