The New Services Manual (NSM) has now been updated to take into account the following recent developments:
The issue number of the NSM is now 16a and this supersedes all previous versions.

On the 1st September 2007, BT implemented pre call announcements on calls to personal numbers retailing above 20 pence per minute (ppm) or 20 pence per call (ppc).

The lowering of termination rates will result in credit notes being issued by BT to CPs already invoiced. Customers who have paid the relevant invoice may use the credit note against their BT conveyance invoice.
