Complex System Alteration Notification

As part of the General Contract Review 2004, BT and Communications Providers have been discussing a revised System Alteration Notification (SAN) clause within the BT Standard Interconnect Agreement (SIA). We intend to follow the “Complex SAN” part of the proposed process for the DLE to NGS interconnect route migration when we introduce the 21st Century Network (21CN).

In order to provide a clear picture of how “Complex SAN” will work, we have written draft documentation and draft notification emails for both High Level SANs (HLSANs) and Detailed SANs (DSANs). 

To ensure a smooth application of the process, we welcome your feedback. In particular, we would like to know if the documentation is clear and can be understood without difficulty or ambiguity.
