Q. What is eCo Repair?
A. eCo Repair is a web based application that allows faults on some BT products to be reported and progress tracked electronically - a diagnostic facility is available for most of the supported products.  For more information please visit www.btwholesale.com/ecorepair

Q. How do you register for eCo Repair?
A.
In order to gain access to eCo Repair, you will need to fill out the new user request form attached.  Once this form has been filled out, please e-mail the form to fast.eco.repair@bt.com

 

Q. How do you login to eCo Repair?
A. Users who have been granted access to eCo Repair will see a link titled eCo Repair under the 'Applications' list on the left side of the 'Customer Zone' on http://www.btwholesale.com. Please note, you will need to register and log in to http://www.btwholesale.com to see this link.

 

Q. How can you login to eCo Repair if the BTWholesale.com website is unavailable?
A. If the BTWholesale.com website has become unavailable, users who have an account on eCo Repair will be able to log into eCo Repair directly via the link https://ecorepair3.btwholesale.com/login.aspx

 

Q. I have forgotten my password for BTWholesale.com which is hindering my ability to log onto eCo Repair.  How do you reset your BTWholesale.com password?
A. Go to http://www.btwholesale.com & select 'Forgot your Password?' from the Customer Zone section of the homepage.  Follow the on screen instructions.  You will be prompted to enter your username - please remember that it is case sensitive. You will be prompted to answer your Password Reminder Question (This should have been set up when following Step 2 of the eCo Repair settings and logon guide).  You will have 5 attempts to answer your reminder question correctly, but please note that your answer is case sensitive.   If you correctly answer your reminder question, you will be sent a new temporary password to allow you to access the site.  If on the 5th attempt you do not answer correctly, your account will be locked. You will then need to email the site administrator at btwholesale.direct@bt.com to request a password reset.

 

Q. How do you navigate around eCo Repair?
A. Once a user has logged into eCo Repair they should be able to navigate around the system using the links at the top of the page. These links should range from 'Home' to 'Help'.

 

Q. How do you create a circuit fault on eCo Repair?
A. To create a circuit fault on eCo Repair, you will need to log into eCo Repair and click on the link 'Create Fault'.  The user will then be required to enter the circuit ID of the circuit they believe has a fault on it.  You should check the 2 tick boxes below where you enter the Circuit ID before clicking on the 'Accept' button below. eCo Repair should then return the line details after a short period of time.  Please confirm these are the correct details for the circuit and complete the information below before clicking on 'Continue'. This should take you onto a new screen where you can enter in the details of the fault being experienced on the circuit, along with the customer contact information.  Please fill this out with as much detail as possible completing all the mandatory fields before finally submitting the fault to BT using the 'Submit' button

 

Q. How do you track your circuit faults on eCo Repair?
A.
Once a user has logged in to eCo Repair, they should be able to track all the faults that their company have logged using eCo Repair by clicking on the 'Fault Tracking' link at the top of the page

 

Q. What CRM systems currently have training available?  
A. We currently provide CRM system training for eCo Broadband, eCo Order, eCo Repair, Broadband Customer Reporting (BBCR) and Woosh Fault Diagnostics

 

Q. Who can have access to eCo Repair system training?
A.
eCo Repair system training is available to all BTWholesale customers

 

Q. Why would I want eCo Repair system training?  
A. System training is made available to enable BTWholesale customers to make the most of the features that each system has to offer.  Customers are able to complete training in their own time, at their own pace, in their place of work.

 

Q. How do I access training available for eCo Repair?  
A. You can access eCo Repair training from the following 
www.btwholesale.com/ecorepair.  Alternativley select eCo Repair from the Applications A - Z on http://www.btwholesale.com and then Customer Training."
