Q. What is eCo Broadband? 
A.
eCo Broadband is our broadband online customer ordering and repair system. It enables you to place orders, report faults, track and manage Broadband transactions with BT, all within a secure environment. eCo Broadband provides real-time visibility of all your orders and End User faults within the system and empowers you with accurate information flow.  For more information, please click here

Q. How do I get access to the eCo Broadband application? 
A. To gain access to the eCo Broadband application, there are 3 steps you need to take:
Step 1. You need to apply for a user login to the application.  Please click here to fill in our online form or complete the request form.
Step 2. You need to apply for a digital certificate in order for your web browser to be able to access the secure site within which the eCo Broadband application resides. Instructions on how to do this will be included in the email containing your username and passowrd.
Step 3. You need to install the eCo software on your pc. Note: Please follow the steps in the order listed above. You cannot install the eCo software without a digital certificate and you cannot apply for a digital certificate until your user login has been created.  Please also note that you will require admin rights on your PC to install the software.

 

Q. Is there a charge involved with using the eCo Broadband application?
A.
No, use of the eCo Broadband application is free of charge to BT Wholesale customers.

Q. Where do I go to log in to the eCo Broadband application?

Q. I've forgotten my eCo Broadband password, how do I get this reset?
A. Password Resets for the eCo Broadband application are dealt with by the System Support Desk. Please contact them either by calling 0800 783 5639 option1, or emailing them at broadband.eco.admin@bt.com

Q. How do I install the eCo Broadband software? 
A.
Please view the attached information for details on how to install the eCo Broadband software. You may need to have administrator access to your pc, depending on how your network is set up.

Q. How do I access training available for eCo Broadband? 
A. eCo Broadband training is available via a computer based training (CBT) package which is available at http://www.btwholesale.com
Please Note: To access the CBT you will need to be a registered user of this website, to register for btwholesale.com:
1. Go to http://www.btwholesale.com
2. On the left hand side of the screen click ‘register’, under the login button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration.
4. Once registered and logged into the website click on the ""Subscribe to other applications"" link in the Applications menu. 
5.Tick the ""Broadband Controlled Area"" and click ready. The request will then be processed by the http://www.btwholesle.com team. Once access to the Broadband site has been granted you will be able to access the training by clicking here  
Alternatively follow the instructions below:
1. Go to http://www.btwholesale.com
2. Log in with your http://www.btwholesale.com username and password (this will normally be your email address). 
3. Click on the link ""Broadband"" within the Broadband Community box on the right hand side of the page . 
4.Scroll down to the blue ""Applications"" menu on the left hand side of the page and click on ""eCo Broadband"". 
5. Finally click on the ""Request access to eCo Broadband/eCo Broadband Training"" link within the ""Related Links"" section of the page. You may have to click on eCo Documentation under related links. You will now be able to download the Provision, Repair and Modify Computer Based Training courses.Please note that in some cases an IT administrator may be needed to run the CBT.

Q. What CRM systems currently have training available? 
A.
We currently provide CRM system training for eCo Broadband, eCo Order, eCo Repair, Broadband Customer Reporting (BBCR) and Woosh Fault Diagnostics.

Q. Who can have access to eCo Broadband system training?
A.
eCO Broadband System training is available to all BTWholesale Customers.

Q. Why would I want eCo Broadband system training?
A. System training is made available to enable BTWholesale customers to make the most of the features that each system has to offer.  Customers are able to complete training in their own time, at their own pace, in their place of work.
