Best Practice Guides are being introduced to provide additional support to our customers by helping to improve understanding of BT Wholesale systems / applications and the information that is available on them.  BT Wholesale is proactively identifying potential problem area’s (customer driven or BT Wholesale driven) and providing the appropriate level of guidance to improve the customer experience.

The Best Practice Guides have been designed to satisfy the learning requirements of our application users (new & existing users) and offer a fresh approach to online information promoting accelerated learning.  These Best Practice Guides can be used as a companion document to complement existing publicised Training for BT Wholesale applications – This includes online CBT’s, Training Documentation and application User Guides.

As we design and publish additional guides they will provide BT Wholesale application users with a portfolio of Best Practice Guides that can be easily accessible from this web page.
