As part of our ongoing commitment to provide excellent customer service, BTWholesale.com will shortly be implementing a new, improved version of our online support tool, SmartAgent.
SmartAgent is an interactive tool which allows you to navigate to information you require. Simply ask SmartAgent a question and it will re-direct you to the BTWholesale.com page containing the relevant information to resolve your query.
If you’ve not already done so, you can get the best use of SmartAgent by registering with BTWholesale.com at www.btwholesale.com/register and applying for access to the Broadband Secured Content.
Search with Google

We have different types of users, so why treat them all the same way?
Operational users simply want access to their Applications.

Upon reaching the new Homepage, please login to access your Applications, ready and personalised for your profile.

The Applications A-Z now holds all the information on each application in one place, such as user guides, registration instructions and training.

Information seekers need no longer search around to ensure they’ve found everything they need. All duplication has been removed and the information relevant to a particular topic finally sits together. For example, you’ll find all information related to products is either held or linked from our new, comprehensive Products A-Z.
We have a more visible login which always appears at the top of the page, so if you need to view secure information, you can sign in user your existing username and password quickly and easily.
Our customers belong to different industry communities, so we have created three common areas for you with grouped content.
The new Community pages will hold all content relevant to particular areas and we now have a page for every Product. These pages were especially praised by customers who took part in user testing of the new site. We hope you find them very useful.
Make access to News and Briefings as easy as possible. This is often a key requirement which is being met in two ways.

All industry and product news and briefings are now held on a common News and Briefings hub

Relevant product news also appears on each and every page which it affects. So CPS briefings also appear on the CPS product page, Wholesale Calls on the Wholesale Calls product page and so on. Simple archives have been built for each area so that you can get to old briefings easily and quickly.
Problems with your browser?
As you have noticed, our website does not support the Firefox or Safari browsers. To view the site, we currently request that you use Internet Explorer however, we will be looking into supporting additional browsers as we continue to improve the usability for our customers.
Simplify url’s
The portal technology used for building btwholesale.com is necessarily complex due to the number of highly interactive applications we host. Removing the long strings of text in the url field for each page is not currently possible. That’s why we’ve created jump-ins for our main pages. When you receive communications and briefings from us we will supply those friendly urls which you can save.
