We’re introducing a new regular customer forum in 2010 – Wholesale Systems & Process – as part of our wider changes to the way we engage with our customers during our product development (known in BT as Concept to Market or C2M) process. This is the process by which BTW identifies, designs and implements new products or makes changes to existing product including evolving those products to become self-service.

MINI HOTHOUSES

In addition to the regular forums, we are running a series of “mini hothouses” to go through particular aspects of the releases. The first of these was held on the 9th March 2010, the recording and slides used may be found here and relate to release Q fault journeys.
