This online training system gives Service Providers the knowledge to deal confidently and effectively with end user queries and help to reduce the volume of order rejections. These courses are highly interactive, graphical and easy to run and Service Providers are able to quickly bring all their staff up to a common level of understanding and knowledge.
Courses can be run from beginning to end in a sequential fashion or users can use the menu to navigate to a specific topic for a quick refresh. Tracking of course completions and exam results is available to the Service Provider's system administrators.

If you already have a user account set up for the training system please click on the Customer Training link.
Access will be via the Service Provider pages on www.btwholesale.com and each user must have a user account set up. To ensure a smooth set-up, customers should nominate a training representative as the single point of contact in their organisation to coordinate all access requests.
BT Wholesale Commercial Managers are contacting their customers directly to arrange the set-up of user accounts and coordinate activities with the training representative for this first package. In due course the training representatives will be trained so that customers can take on their own user account administration and tracking/reporting.
