Introduction
The Industry Engagement team is responsible for engaging with the UK communication provider community on plans and developments within BT, with a main focus on BT Wholesale’s activities. The team has three distinct work stream areas and by clicking on the links below you can find out more detail on the work streams and associated information.
The Industry Engagement team’s work streams are:
Consult21 – this work stream promotes awareness, engagement and influence on BT’s 21st Century Network (21CN). This work includes migrations from legacy network based products to 21CN products as well as key information to help manage migrations and end user communications.
Customer Experience – activities under this work stream, again through awareness and engagement, drive through improvements to customer experience for communication providers, including activities on Right First Time and Cycle Time as applied to key business processes.
Wholesale Futures – this work stream engages and collaborates with communication providers on BT’s future plans, focussing on delivering new and enhanced wholesale products to meet specific market needs.
