Getting the most out of Broadband

BT Wholesale’s broadband website serves the needs of its customers and other visitors. To get the most out of the website, you need to make sure you have the right level of access.

The site’s openly-available pages describe the range of products and services that BT Wholesale offers its customers. Access to specialist information and to online applications and tools is restricted to BT Wholesale’s customers who can gain access as shown below.

Existing BT Wholesale Broadband customers

Customers who do not already have access should first register on the website to create a personal portal account.

Registered customers should then:

  • Log in and go to ‘Subscribe to other Applications’.  This link can be found down the left hand side.
  • Select the ‘Broadband Content’ tickbox and submit the request
  • BT Wholesale will validate your details and grant you appropriate access

Existing BT Wholesale customers

Customers who do not currently sell broadband services and are considering adding them to their portfolios should speak to their BT Account Manager or follow this site’s Home Page link to ‘Reselling Broadband’ and follow the steps outlined.

New customers

If you don’t already have a commercial relationship with BT Wholesale but are considering reselling broadband services, please follow this site’s Home Page link to ‘Reselling Broadband’ and follow the steps outlined.

People who have broadband services at home or at work and who want to find out more about broadband should visit www.bt.com/broadband, BT’s public broadband information website. To report a fault or to discuss changing your broadband service, please contact your service provider.
