This online training system provides BT customers with interactive, graphical and easy to run e-learning courses. Courses cover popular BT Wholesale products and a number of eBusiness applications.

An administrator function is available to enable companies to track take-up of this training within their organisation.

 

You do not have to complete a course in one sitting as the course will automatically return you to where you left it. Additionally, you do not have to complete the course in a sequential order as the course menu function can be used to pick and choose the particular units that are of interest to you, useful if you just want a refresh or have a limited amount of time.

After completion of a course you can test your understanding by taking a quiz for which there is a pass or fail result.

To run a course users must have the latest copy of Macromedia Flash installed on their pc. To download this click on the link and follow the instructions. Download Macromedia Flash

Note: The Broadband ADSL Max course contains accessibility options and is compatible with JAWS screenreader version 5.00.844.

Existing Users of the BT Wholesale customer training system

If you have a user account set up for the BT Wholesale customer training system please follow these instructions;

• Make sure that you have previously downloaded the latest version of Macromedia Flash as this is required to run all courses.
• On the ‘Related Links’ area click on the 'Customer Training Login' link which will take you to the training log-in screen.
• On the training system log in page enter your user name and password

New Users

If you do not have an account with the BT Wholesale customer training system you can request access in one of 3 ways as follows:

1. Request single user access only
   If you are a single user and need access for yourself only, please e-mail your contact details including your name, telephone number and company name to product.marketing@bt.com
2. Set up your own user accounts – administrator access
   You can appoint a training administrator in your company to set up and manage user accounts for your organisation. In addition to managing user accounts, administrators will be able to track the progress of all their users.
   If you would like to set up an account for a training administrator, please e-mail product.marketing@bt.com. Please be sure to include your contact details and company name in the e-mail.
3. Ask BT Wholesale to create all your user accounts
   If you have a large number of users (i.e. 10 or more) to set-up you can arrange for BT Wholesale to create them for you. Please populate the attached spreadsheet template and e-mail it to product.marketing@bt.com. The BT Wholesale portfolio training team will then create the training user accounts and notify each user via e-mail of their user name and password. If you have a large number of users we strongly recommend that you appoint a company training administrator, see above.
