The Broadband Bulk Change Tool has been specifically designed to be used by customers who intend to proactively perform large scale end user regrades to Broadband Max products (i.e. BT Datastream max, BT Datastream, Max Premium, BT IPstream Max and BT IPstream Max Premium).
The Broadband Bulk Change Tool will accept large lists of end user regrade orders submitted via a new XML or CSV interface and, using algorithms designed to spread the load on our network and systems, and should regrade them over a period of time to the requested Broadband Max product
