Objective/purpose  (Reflects ToR agreed 25th February 08 with the working group)

The Consult 21 Contracts Group provides a forum for ongoing negotiation and agreement for the development and review of contract documentation by BTW and the industry under the aegis of Consult21.

Its initial objective is to agree a Master Services Agreement for BT SMP products and for those non-SMP products agreed by BTW (with overall responsibility for the associated contract documentation) – taking on board the development of T&Cs for the Ethernet MSIL and WBC products and future products.

Building on that work, further objectives, timing and prioritisation and future work streams of the Group to be agreed on a case by case basis, but will include:

• Developing BTW precedent (model) T&Cs for BTW’s non-SMP products.
• Developing and agreeing appropriate T&Cs for NGN CC interconnection.
