BT in consultation with the UK telecommunications industry and with input from Ofcom, will be managing the migration of its voice, broadband and ISDN lines to a next-generation network. We are describing this process to customers as getting 'switched-on'. All the communication materials in this website have been created to complement and reinforce this message.
As a communications provider you have a vital role in helping to reinforce consistent messages about the process of migration to your employees and customers. By working together and actively using the materials provided in the toolkit we will achieve this. The additional benefit of all of us utilising these key materials in our internal and external communications will be that we increase the reach and cover for this campaign. Finally the toolkit will help to save time - there is no need to recreate messages or materials - just to implement them.
