Purpose
-
The Consult21 Systems & Processes Working Group will ensure the NICC B2B Systems Architecture and Interface Principles for Operational Support Systems (OSS), which support BT wholesale1 products in a 21CN world and their interfaces to UK Industry, are implemented and maintained to meet industry requirements.
-
Scope
-
The primary scope is the systems interface standards for the delivery and management of services on the 21CN network. To limit further changes, ensure consistency and reduce costs, all systems interface developments impacting UK customers for BT wholesale1 products should be considered in scope where possible.

The scope excludes: rebadging and bundling of products “downstream2”; any products which are not wholesale; and small changes, eg portal screen format changes.
