What is SmartAgent
SmartAgent is a new tool that was launched in July 2007 on the Consult21 community pages of BTWholesale.com that helps customers to navigate the Consult21 pages quickly and effortlessly.
SmartAgent operates through a pop up window and the ‘Virtual Assistant’ Jenny will provide information to users against their Consult21 specific queries in addition to displaying the relevant Consult21 webpage in the background.
Benefits
SmartAgent will be constantly monitored and updated. If a question is asked that SmartAgent cannot answer, this will be highlighted to the SmartAgent project team and if appropriate an answer will be loaded at the earliest opportunity.
By analysing usage of SmartAgent we are also able to identify content that is of most importance to you and to identify any gaps that may currently exist on the Broadband community pages.
If SmartAgent is proved successful it will be rolled out to further areas on BTWholesale.com.
