- NGN PSTN consultation Gaps
- C21-IP-008: At the last IPWG BT presented a second PSTN Emulation Commercial Consultation document. Several CPs said they would be unable to evaluate these proposals due to information gaps in the Plan of Record. These gaps have been evaluated and the attached briefing summarises BT’s conclusions. The briefing also re-sets the consultation timelines to begin from Monday.
